This delicious cod roe soup that is unique to our speciality shop was created to highlight the flavor of our Mentaiju set. First, our home-made tofu is steamed within the bowl individually, then grilled cod roe flavored with sesame and Japanese pepper is added, followed by our chicken-based soup which is poured into the bowl. You should just try tasting the soup first.
You should only be able to taste the rich flavor of the chicken. Next, try a spoonful of the tofu and cod roe taken from the
bottom of the bowl. You should be able to taste the unique combination of the delicious soup and the aroma of the grilled cod roe.
