Our most popular menu item, "Ganso Hakata Mentaiju Hakata Mentaiko Jyu," has been newly introduced for home use, with the desire to make it easier for you to enjoy it. You can now enjoy the rich tsukemen that you can only get at a specialty store, with chewy thick noodles intertwined with chunky mentaiko, in the comfort of your own home.

This popular product was released in April this year with a limited run of 1,200 servings, which sold out in just eight days. Thankfully, we have received requests from customers to re-release it, and we have decided to officially start selling it from Friday, July 1st. For the time being, we will be offering a limited number of launch packages. The refreshing design features auspicious motifs such as "Seigaiha" and "Shippo", making it a great summer gift.

“Mentai Nikomi Tsukemen” for home use
This is how it was born.
We have received many comments from customers saying that they would like to take home something from our restaurant as a memento of their trip. However, the Take Out" Ganso Hakata Mentaiju" needs to be refrigerated, so many customers were forced to give up. In light of this unfortunate situation, we began developing a room temperature product, "Mentaiko Nikomi Tsukemen." After much trial and error, it was born as a new Original Goods item offered by a mentaiko specialty restaurant. Not only is it delicious, but we have also made detailed adjustments to make it easy to enjoy at home, making it a product that we are very proud of.

Cooking method
- Boil Noodles in plenty of hot water for 5 minutes.
- Boil Soup for at least 5 minutes without opening the seal.
- Drain the boiled Noodles in a colander, wash thoroughly with water, drain thoroughly, and serve on a plate.
- Pour the warmed Soup into a separate plate, add the spicy sauce to your liking, and it's done.
