You can make a reservation for your seat via our website.

2. ②Check the information you entered and click "Accept date and time designation." When the "Date and time designation accepted" screen appears, your request is complete.

Thankfully, we have a very large number of customers in Nishinakasu.
The average wait time is 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the day
(in the past we have had customers wait up to 3-4 hours).
Our employees will inform you of the approximate waiting time when you arrive.
