In recent years, we have observed stores that imitate our brand and services. There is no seating available as the store specializes in souvenirs.

How long is the waiting time for in-store dining?

Thankfully, we have a very large number of customers in Nishinakasu.
The average wait time is 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the day
(in the past we have had customers wait up to 3-4 hours).
Our employees will inform you of the approximate waiting time when you arrive.

Where can I purchase a boxed lunch?

Please enter the store directly from the "exit side" without waiting in line. The cashier will take your order.

Orders will be taken at the store in the order in which they are received.

Can I reserve a boxed lunch?

Reservations for boxed lunches can be made using the dedicated form on the official website or by phone.
Please check the official website to confirm when we do not sell boxed meals by reservation, such as during peak season.
Even during periods when reservations are not available, boxed lunches can still be purchased at the restaurant.
