A taste of Fukuoka where the kelp-wrapped mentaiko is marinated over a long period of time, placed on a bed of seaweed and other rice, and topped with a ``special kake-dare'' rich in umami ingredients. It is a special box that is said to bring happiness, and is made with a whole mentaiko and carefully wrapped with kelp, making it a great lucky charm.

This product is a set of kelp-wrapped mentaiko, each individually rolled by hand, and a special kake-dare (spiciness level: standard). A gift box is available for purchases of 5 or more bottles.
