Change your reservation method

The method for reserving a table at Ganso Hakata Mentaiju Jyu Nishinakasu has changed starting today.

Customers can easily make a reservation for a specific date and time at any time of the day from their computer or smartphone.
In addition, the previous service "Receive your appointment now" will continue to be available.
Please use our new online reservation system.

■Receive your queue now: This can only be used when the "Queue now" button is displayed. You can join the queue right then and there without having to go to the store.

■Date and time reservation: This is a service that will guide you to an available seat at the date and time you specify. (You cannot choose the type of seat.)

Reservations are only available after 5pm
・Please note that the schedule may change depending on the actual level of congestion.
・To use the service online, you will need to register as an EPARK member (free of charge).
・Phone reservations will close at 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 11th.
