There are no holidays in June...
To all of you who are disappointed

For those who work hard every day at work, housework, school, etc., how about a special reward, "Mentaiju's Konbumaki Mentaiko"?

It's a simple dish that just requires placing konbumaki mentaiko on top of hot rice covered in nori seaweed. If you add the special sauce, it's a great way to recreate "mentai-ju"!

With this, I might be able to do my best in June, which has no public holidays.
