Winter gifts

November is fast approaching the end, and time has flown by, with only a little over a month left in the year.
As we approach the end of the year, I imagine everyone will be busy and hectic.

At Ganso Hakata Mentaiju, we hope to be of some help with year-end gifts and seasonal greetings, and so we have prepared winter gifts this year as well.

Our signature dish, Ganso Hakata Mentaiju, is made with a whole stalk of mentaiko (medetaiko) and carefully wrapped in yorokobu (shiroita kelp), making it a popular lucky charm.
We make these with all our heart, hoping that they will bring you and your loved ones lots of good fortune and joy.
